Flight Training Organisation Management Software FlightLogger Boosts Safety Logging with AUPRT Integration in January 2026
Global – FlightLogger, a flight training management software provider used by hundreds of flight schools and training organisations globally, has made Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (AUPRT) explicitly supported in its platform as part of the January 2026 software update.
-
The update introduces AUPRT as a dedicated training category in FlightLogger, moving it out of ambiguous logging under general flight time or mixed categories and giving it a clear, auditable place in training records.
-
Organisations can now enable and configure AUPRT logging at the account, aircraft flight log, and program syllabus level, aligning training documentation more closely with EASA’s regulatory expectations for upset training.
-
This change is designed to provide greater oversight, consistency, and clarity in compliance documentation for Heads of Training, instructors, compliance teams, and audit reviewers.
-
Additional enhancements in the January update include configurable certificate blocking, improved lesson classification logic, and stability improvements across the platform.
-
AUPRT’s explicit support helps training organisations reduce ambiguity and reliance on workarounds when recording safety‑critical training under EASA’s upset prevention and recovery training requirements.
