Ordovás & Partners is delighted to announce the appointment of Stephan Kuratli as Sales Rep. and Mentor, specializing in the Germanic markets. With an impressive background spanning Marketing/Sales and Aviation, Stephan brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the team.

As a Swiss national, Stephan possesses a diverse skill set honed through his dual career path. With over 12 years of experience in healthcare & FMCG strategic marketing, he has proven himself adept at driving business growth through customer insight and key opinion leader engagement activities.

Stephan‘s aviation credentials are equally impressive, boasting 25 years of experience holding both FAA and EASA fixed-wing and helicopter commercial pilot licenses. He has served as Chief Pilot in various companies, handling Single-Pilot operations in aircraft such as the King Air C90 with Proline 21. In these roles, Stephan was responsible for scheduled maintenance, flight planning, slot, and hangar space organization. Additionally, he has served as an EASA Freelance Examiner, Training Manager at CAE, and Deputy Chief Flight Instructor at FlyBy.

Beyond his practical experience, Stephan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University and a Master of Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics, further enhancing his qualifications and breadth of knowledge.

In his new role at Ordovás & Partners, Stephan will focus on mentoring aspiring pilots looking to commence their training journey at AELO Swiss Academy. His exceptional background and dedication to excellence make him a valuable addition to their team.
