Jerez, Spain – headquartered flight training and aviation training group FTEJerez hosted liaison pilots from British Airways to engage with cadets enrolled under the airline’s fully funded Speedbird Pilot Academy programme. The visit reinforces British Airways’ active involvement in supporting its future pilots throughout their training journey.

• British Airways liaison pilots Bex and Roger visited the Jerez campus to meet with students currently enrolled in the Speedbird Pilot Academy programme.

• Over 50 cadets are currently undergoing integrated pilot training at FTEJerez under the fully funded scheme.

• The liaison pilots serve as direct points of contact between the airline and cadets, offering mentorship and addressing student concerns.

• This initiative complements the existing support structure provided by FTE’s course mentors and welfare officers.
