Lufthansa Aviation Training GmbH is looking for an ATO Compliance Monitoring Manager whosemain activities lie in checking the compliance of the processes used with the requirements of the EU regulations and ISO standards. Please see an extract of the job post below.

“Responsibilities:

Monitoring compliance with aviation law requirementsFurther development of compliance monitoring (CM)Creation of the audit plan and coordination with the responsible authoritiesPlanning and implementation of int. and ext. Audits according to EASA Aircrew Regulation 1178/2011Tracking/implementing findings Implementation/support of root cause analyses Ensuring the feedback system on the Accountable Manager Supervision of customer/authority auditsTraining of employees in CM Advising management/departments on all CM issuesSupport of the specialist departments in process documentation Maintenance and further development of the documentation for the management systemParticipation in higher-level projects Preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops in the field of CM

Qualifications:

University studiesExperience as Compliance Monitoring Manager and in-depth knowledge of EU aviation law (Air Crew & Air Ops regulations).Additional training as an EASA/ISO auditor and at least 3 years of experience in conducting audits in the aviation sector (AOC, ATO, FSTD).Strategic and cross-departmental thinking and acting Sound knowledge of project managementAbility to solve problems together in a teamExcellent communication skillsCreative, innovative and solution-oriented thinkingGood assertiveness and a lot of initiativeSense of responsibility, flexible, resilient and independentVery good knowledge of spoken and written German and EnglishVery good command of the entire MS Office 365 package”
