Global flight training group Airways Aviation, which operates pilot training academies across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and India, hasannounced that following what was already offered in 2022 and 2023, Airways Aviation ESMA, with the support of Airways Aviation Group, decided to launch the Women Scholarship once again.
This scholarship aims to attract and support women who have the dream to become pilots and help reduce the gender gap in the industry.
“Year on year we see more and more women joining aviation, but we are far from achieving gender equality. In that way, Airways Aviation ESMA is offering €100,000.00 (one hundred thousand euros) of scholarships to selected women who apply for the Integrated ATPL during 2024, for the courses starting in May and September,” said Airways Aviation ESMA.
