Global Flight Training Group Airways Aviation’s Campus in France Hosts Elektro Tour 2024

Global flight training group Airways Aviation, which operates pilot training academies across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and India has shared that Airways Aviation ESMA, Airways Aviation Group’s aviation and flight training base in Montpellier, France, had the privilege of hosting the Elektro Tour 2024, a groundbreaking event that is making history in sustainable aviation. This ambitious project features the Pipistrel Aircraft Vélis Electro, the first aircraft 100% electric to complete a “Tour de France”, symbolizing a major advancement toward a more environmentally friendly aviation industry.

Earlier in the month Airways Aviation ESMAannounced that it has been selected by theFrench Ministry of the Armies – Naval Aeronautical School (MinistéredesArmées– École del’AeronautiqueNavale), to provide, during the term of the contract, Integrated and Modular ATPL training for naval military pilots.
