Global Operator of Pilot Training Centers Ansett Aviation Training Seeking Group Safety, Quality & Compliance Manager in March 2026
Australia – Ansett Aviation Training, a global operator of full‑flight simulator training centres headquartered in Melbourne, has opened recruitment for a Group Safety, Quality & Compliance Manager, a global leadership role overseeing regulatory governance across its multi-site training network.

The position reports directly to the CEO and carries regulatory accountability within Australia.

The successful candidate will oversee:
-
Group Safety Management System (SMS).
-
Quality Assurance framework.
-
Compliance Monitoring Program.

The role covers CASA Part 142 (integrated flight training and simulator training) and Part 60 (synthetic training devices) operations.

The scope extends beyond Australia to support AAT’s international training centres in Milan (Italy), Taiwan and Dubai.

The role requires strong CASA and EASA regulatory knowledge, recent auditing experience and the ability to operate independently at senior management level.

Role work place will be in Melbourne or Brisbane.
- Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years in a Quality/Compliance Manager role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SMS and WHS
- Recent auditing experience
- Experience with aviation training organisations and FSTD operators, including EASA
