Global Pilot Training Group is Looking to Expand Sales Team in France
Lithuanian headquartered but global pilot training group – BAA Training – which has offices in Vilnius, Lithuania; Barcelona and Lleida, Spain; and Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam is looking to hire a Sales Manager for its brand new office in Paris, France. Please see an extract from the job post below.
“Responsibilities:
- Identifying the new needs of the market, basic assessment of the project and submission for consideration to the direct manager.
- Planning sales for the next year, offering sales strategy implementation measures and ensuring timely implementation of these measures.
- Analyzing strategic markets and competitors’ surveys.
- Discussing promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Organizing and administrating of various sales promotions.
- Generating leads and cold calling prospective customers.
- Managing private customers’ queries in the enterprise computer system (CRM).
- Actively responding to customers’ requests, meeting with the customers face to face or over the phone.
- Providing initial information and delivering services to the customers via e-mail or phone.
- Preparing commercial offers for the customers.
- Preparing contracts according to the standard forms provided by the company, negotiating terms with the customers.
- Solving customers’ problems that arise during the training or referring the customers to the responsible BAA Training employees.
- Work according to approved company processes.
- Working with company’s IT systems to monitor and ensure a smooth customer service process.
- Participating in daily meetings based on Lean principles.
- Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager.
Qualifications:
- Has experience in dealing with international teams and customers;
- Has understanding of how to reach and attract B2C segment;
- Has more than one year of experience in sales, project management and dealing with customer requests;
- Has good skills in Microsoft Office 365 environment;
- Is able to work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership;
- Knows how to manage several projects at the same time;
- Has analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
- Has willingness to share skills, knowledge and expertise;
- Uses English and French languages at an effectively operational and independent level;
- Is flexible with good time management skills;
- Has respectful and positive attitude;
- Wants to learn every day and thinks aviation could be the love of one’s life”
