OSM Aviation Academy which operates flight training facilities in the United States and Europe has appointed Martin Floor as its new Managing Director.

“I’m honored and humble to take on this role, and would first and foremost like to show my gratutude to the Board of Directors and the stakeholder for the trust they show in me. As Managing Director, I’ll lead OSM Aviation Academy, overseeing operations, finance, training, and student services. Together with our dedicated team and the guidance of the Executive Board, we’ll ensure our academy remains at the forefront of aviation education and training.

I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to our current Managing Director, Hans Kyrre Hultgren, for his exceptional contributions to the academy. Hans Kyrre will transition to a new role on the Executive Board, offering strategic guidance with his extensive experience and network. Over the past years, I have been part of a remarkable team at OSM Aviation Academy that has undergone significant transformations, creating an agile and lean organization. Simultaneously, we have developed a world-class pilot training program that meets the demands of the ever-evolving aviation industry, ensuring its modernity and sustainability.
