Greek Pilot Training Organisation Egnatia Aviation Launches Leadership Training Initiative for Flight School Executives

One of Greece’s largest flight training organisations Egnatia Aviation is thrilled to announce the launch of a leadership training initiative in collaboration with Harvard Business Publishing.

This flagship program offers a 12-month blended learning experience with preparatory sessions, e-learning enriched with multimedia content such as videos and podcasts and engaging interactive workshops featuring case studies, role-playing games, group discussions, and game-based learning. A substantial investment, providing the flight school’s executives with a mini-MBA certification from Harvard.
