Hong Kong Aviation Academy Visits Civil Aviation University of China to Foster Partnership
Further to the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) last December, Mr Simon Li, the President of Hong Kong International Aviation Academy (HKIAA), visited the Civil Aviation University of China (CAUC) in Tianjin and conducted in-depth discussions driving key collaboration areas forward: pilot training, summer exchange camp, and air traffic control training. HKIAA also visited CAUC units including the CAUC’s History Museum, Engineering Training Centre, Air Traffic Control Laboratory, Airworthiness Laboratory, Flying School and Cabin Attendant College. Mr Li expressed his gratitude for CAUC’s warm hospitality and thorough introduction of the latest development of CAUC.
Mr Bai Jie, Vice President of CAUC described the visit as fruitful and rewarding. Leveraging the strengths in aviation training, both institutes would endeavor to make unrelenting efforts in developing the three key areas, with the ultimate goal of cultivating future aviation elites for the country.
