• Discussions emphasized integrating CBTA principles into the DGCA CPL training syllabus, highlighting the importance of human factors, crew resource management (CRM), decision‑making, and a robust safety culture throughout pilot development.

• The collaboration underlined CAA’s commitment to airline‑aligned training, where fairness in flying allocation, uncompromising safety standards, and a future‑ready instructional philosophy support pilot progression that meets airline expectations from day one.

• CAA leaders and IndiGo representatives highlighted the importance of continuous dialogue between airlines and flight training organisations (FTOs) to keep training relevant, disciplined, and aligned with evolving operational requirements.
