Intuos to Unveil Ask Roger AI Assistant for Flight School Management at EATS 2026

October 27, 2026

Italy & Portugal – Aviation technology developer Intuos has announced Ask Roger, a new AI-powered assistant integrated into its flight school and aviation operations management platform, The Manager©. The company will preview the functionality at the European Airline Training Symposium (EATS) 2026 in Portugal, introducing a conversational interface designed to simplify software adoption, user training and day-to-day operational workflows for aviation training organisations.

  • Intuos will demonstrate Ask Roger at EATS 2026, taking place from November 3–5 at the Estoril Congress Centre in Cascais, Portugal, where the company will exhibit at Booth 222.
  • The AI assistant allows users to ask questions about The Manager's functionality and receive explanations without manually searching software documentation or navigating multiple menus.
  • Ask Roger also provides step-by-step instructions for completing tasks within the platform, including visual guidance and screenshots identifying the relevant controls and actions.
  • For flight training organisations, the functionality is intended to reduce the time required to train staff on the software, support onboarding of new users and simplify the transition from existing management systems. The assistant is integrated directly into The Manager.
  • The Manager's existing capabilities include flight school scheduling, student progression tracking, Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA), theoretical knowledge management, aircraft maintenance oversight and flight data monitoring. Ask Roger is designed to help users navigate these functions through contextual guidance within the platform.
  • AFM previously reported that Intuos was preparing to showcase an updated version of The Manager at EATS 2026, focusing on easier implementation and adoption for flight training organisations. The Ask Roger announcement provides further detail on the AI-assisted user support functionality being introduced.
