Irish Flight School, National Flight Centre, Welcomes Minister of State at the Department of Transport

Hildegarde Naughton, TD, the Minister of State at the Department of Transport, recently paid a visit to the National Flight Centre and discussed the opportunities for Ireland as a global destination for aeronautical training and education. Among the topics discussed was the financial barrier to entry to the piloting profession, which excludes so many talented would-be entrants to the industry, and potential solutions thereto, as shared by Darragh Owens, Head of Training at National Flight Centre.
