Italian Flight School, Urbe Aero Flight Academy, to Hold an Open Day for the Airline Pathway Program
Urbe Aero Flight Academy, a flight school in Rome, Italy, announced it will hold an Open Day on September 16 to showcase the Wizz Air Pathway Programme. The program is an exclusive program born from the collaboration between Urbe Aero and Wizz Air. It aims to develop young cadets into highly qualified professionals, equipped not only with deep technical skills, but also with solid personal characteristics.
Wizz Air will provide the training standards and requirements to be met, while Urbe Aero will make its infrastructure, its fleet and its consolidated experience available to design an Integrated ATPL path which, over 18 months, will lead the student to achieve of the airline pilot license and at the beginning of an exclusive career.
The “Wizz Air Pathway Programme” involves an aptitude selection at the Wizz Air headquarters, carried out jointly by the Wizz Air and Urbe Aero selection team, even before enrolling in the flight course. Once the selection has been passed, students with performances above the standard will receive the letter of intent before starting the integrated ATPL training course at Urbe Aero Flight Academy.
