Rome, Italy based Aviomar Flight Academy, which in May 2024 officially announced the renewal of its partnership with Ryanair, has shared that aspiring Ryanair pilots aiming to work in the United Kingdom will now be able to apply to the new UK Partly-Sponsored Scheme for the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy which offers reduced course fees for qualified Ab-initio and GW1 Modular students. This reduction is available to candidates with the right to live and work in the UK, including those holding UK pre-settled status.

Aviomar Flight Academy is offering the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy Programme. This enhanced mentored flight training program features three unique gateways, providing opportunities for individuals, regardless of prior aviation experience, to earn a frozen ATPL license.

The Integrated Ab-initio and Modular Gateway 1 programs will now come with a conditional job offer from Ryanair upon enrolment. Additionally, candidates will receive a bonded B737 type rating as part of their training package, positioning them directly on the path to a career with Ryanair upon successful completion of the program.

In May 2024 Aviomar Flight Academy welcomed the latest cohort of aspiring pilots to the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy Ab-initio course.
