L3Harris is looking for a Head of Airline Training Sales
About the Role
To be the accountable lead in the European Regional Sales team for the delivery of sales targets for its Airline Training business unit and to implement a market share improvement strategy in the post pandemic market.
To engage with airline Heads of Training and other training leaders to capture existing and new sales and to broaden its customer base through the development of new customer relationships. To leverage these opportunities to deliver the airline cadet training partnerships to support our MPL and ATPL cadet program growth plans and meet our 2022-2024 business plan objectives.
Agree accountabilities with existing stakeholders within the business such as our marketing teams and pilot training teams to drive performance, enhancement and evolution of our airline training offering within a dynamic market and regulatory environment.
