Students who progress to Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) roles and become Envoy Cadet Instructors are eligible for significant benefits.

Incentives for Cadets:

$15,000 in bonuses.

ATP CTP course paid in full.

Travel privileges on Envoy Air and affiliated carriers.

Bonus breakdown:

$7,500 sign-on bonus upon selection as Envoy Cadet Instructor.

$7,500 additional bonus upon reaching 750 total flight hours.

Singapore & Australia – Virgin Australia Regional Airlines (VARA) has commenced Embraer E2 pilot training with CAE (Embaer CAE Training Services – ECTS), marking a key milestone in preparation for the airline’s expanding E190-E2 fleet. Training began in July 2025 at CAE’s state-of-the-art Singapore training centre.

VARA pilots are now training on the Embraer E2 full-flight simulator at CAE Singapore, supporting the airline’s transition to its first new regional jet type in Western Australia

The collaboration extends the longstanding partnership between VARA and CAE, which has included advanced training in Perth on the Fokker 100 and Airbus A320 platforms.

VARA has also adopted CAE Pelesys, providing pilots and crew with access to comprehensive e-learning and training resources, further strengthening training consistency and regulatory compliance.
