Singapore Flying College Launches Youth Aviation Pathway with Learning and Emerging Aviators Programme (L.E.A.P)

Singapore – Singapore Flying College (SFC) has announced the launch of its Learning and Emerging Aviators Programme (L.E.A.P.), a structured educational and mentorship initiative aimed at cultivating future aviation professionals. The programme targets youth aged 7 to 25 and integrates foundational knowledge with hands-on exposure to aviation careers.

  • L.E.A.P is designed to engage students at different stages of interest and development:

    • Ages 7–16: Introduced to aviation fundamentals through interactive learning.

    • Ages 17–25: Receive career-focused mentorship and structured guidance.

  • The programme includes simulator sessions, aviation workshops, and airport visits to provide real-world context.

  • Students will be mentored by experienced SFC pilots, bridging the gap between education and employment.

  • SFC recently hosted students from the Japanese School Singapore as part of the L.E.A.P. launch, exposing them to the airline industry’s inner workings.
