Vietjet Aviation Academy Partners with Airways Aviation to Strengthen Global Aviation Workforce Development
Finland – Airways Aviation and Vietjet Aviation Academy (VJAA) have entered into a strategic partnership to deliver international-standard pilot training programs in Europe, aligning with ICAO, EASA, and CAAV regulatory frameworks. The agreement was formalised during the historic visit of Vietnam’s General Secretary Tô Lâm to Finland — the first official trip by a Vietnamese Party leader to the Nordic nation in over 50 years.
- The partnership aims to implement Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) and Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) programs, training a new generation of pilots to meet Vietjet’s global expansion and sustainable growth strategy.

Training will be conducted at Airways Aviation’s European facilities, incorporating international standards, modern fleet training, and advanced competency-based methodologies.
