The airline is looking for Captains and experienced First Officers with EASA licenses to join their ever-growing European bases (35 bases in 14 countries).

AeroGuard is proud to partner with Cathay Pacific to provide the ab initio training as part of their cadet program which provides a complete path for students to graduate into a Second Officer position with the airline.

Cork, Ireland based Atlantic Flight Training Academy (AFTA) welcomed Aaron Godfrey from Ryanair Pilot Recruitment and Ryanair First Officer Colin Crowley to AFTA to meet their Ryanair Mentored Cadets and give a presentation on life at Ryanair and future career opportunities.
Ryanair is partnered with Atlantic Flight Training Academy in recruiting and training prospective pilots in a mentored programme. The ab-initio and Gateway programmes are exclusively offered at AFTA and facilitate would be pilots to join the Ryanair mentorship scheme as a cadet. During their training, all Ryanair mentored cadets will be trained by AFTA instructors using Ryanair standard operating procedures. On successful completion of pilot training and a final Ryanair assessment, you will have attained a standard where you are ready to join the Ryanair Boeing 737 type-rating programme.
