Low-Cost US Airline’s Pilot Pathway Program Launches at Florida’s International Aero Academy

Spirit Airlines and Florida, United States based aviation training group and flight school International Aero Academy recently announced their partnership for the Spirit Wings Pilot Pathway. Now, it is starting its recruitment campaign for the said program that will provide students a fast track to a career as a Spirit First Officer.

Students who become flight instructors are able to apply to Spirit at 500 hours total time, if they pass the interview they will receive a conditional letter of employment and join Spirit at 1,500 hours. They may also apply at 1,000 hours to become First Officers at International Aero Charters, a sister company of International Aero Academy.

This partnership marks Spirit’s second Pilot pathway program in Central Florida, conveniently located near two key airports: Orlando (MCO) and Tampa (TPA).
