United Kingdom headquartered airline pilot training academy L3Harris Airline Academy shared that since 2022, 280 of their graduates have been employed by airlines in Europe. In 2021, this figure was around 50, showcasing the rapid increase in pilot recruitment from airlines across the world. This is on top of airlines such as All Nippon Airways (Japan) trusting L3Harris Airline Academy with training their future pilots in a bespoke programme designed for the Japanese airline.
