Portuguese Flight School Sevenair Academy Showcases Vision for Aviation Education at Portugal Air Summit 2024

Sevenair Academy made a strong impact at the recent Portugal Air Summit 2024, where its leadership engaged with key government officials and industry stakeholders to discuss the future of flight training. The event, held in Ponte de Sor, saw the participation of notable figures such as Hugo Espirito Santo, State Secretary for Infrastructures; João Rui Ferreira, State Secretary for the Economy; and Hugo Pereira Hilário, Mayor of Ponte de Sor.

Sevenair Academy’s CEO, Carlos Amaro, and Chief Commercial Officer, Miguel Brandão, presented the academy’s forward-looking vision for flight training in Portugal. Their discussions centered on innovative strategies to enhance aviation education and develop the next generation of skilled pilots.

  • Attendees also had the opportunity to experience a demo flight on the Cirrus Vision Jet, an aircraft known for its advanced capabilities. Airways Aviation expressed gratitude for the experience, facilitated by Pedro De Melo Raposo.
