Global Pilot Training Group Simaero Prepares for New Paris Training Facility Opening in Early 2025

Global operator of full flight simulator training centers Simaero is counting down to the grand opening of its second facility in the Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) area, scheduled for early 2025. Recently, its Technical Director visited the construction site to review the progress of the new eight-bay area, which will soon house state-of-the-art full-flight simulators.

Among the simulators, a CAE 7000XR A350-900 Full-Flight Simulator is expected to arrive soon, with bookings for 2025 already underway.

French Organisation Deploys Elixir Aircraft to Flying Clubs

France based FlyTomorrow, an initiative founded in 2021 by Emeric Lazard and Pierre Jouniaux, is making strides in modernizing the fleet of flying clubs with the goal of reducing emissions and improving fuel efficiency. In collaboration with training aircraft Elixir Aircraft, the company has launched a specialized rental offer aimed at flying clubs looking to upgrade to more modern, fourth-generation aircraft.

  • The initiative allows flying clubs to transition to fuel-efficient aircraft, significantly reducing CO2 emissions.
  • In partnership with Jean Bertin Flying Club in Chavenay, FlyTomorrow successfully added two Elixir aircraft to the club’s fleet.
  • Following this initial success, FlyTomorrow is now in discussions with several other flying clubs across France to further advance fleet modernization efforts.
