Denmark Headquartered Pilot Training Group Expands Technical Operations with New Aircraft Mechanic Hiring Campaign in Spain

Spain – GreyBird Maintenance, the technical division of Denmark’s largest commercial pilot training provider GreyBird Pilot Academy, has announced the opening of its new EASA Part-145 maintenance workshop in Hinojosa del Duque. The expansion supports the academy’s high-volume flight training operations and reinforces its commitment to aircraft safety and reliability.

  • The new facility supports the maintenance of the academy’s training fleet through collaboration between its technical team, in-house CAMO, the aircraft manufacturer, and flight school.
  • The company is currently hiring Aircraft Mechanics with a focus on safety, quality, and experience, particularly those familiar with Rotax engines.

  • Key requirements include:

    • EASA Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) with B1.1, B1.2, B1.3, or B1.4 categories

    • Experience in General Aviation (GA) maintenance

    • CAMO/CAO experience is a plus

  • The role offers a fixed monthly salary, flexible daytime hours (06:00–15:30), and a structured onboarding process.
