Lisbon, Portugal – OMNI Executive Aviation is proud to announce the reinforcement of its strategic partnership with Omni Aviation Training Center (OATC), partnering with OATC for all non type-rated pilot recruitment.

OMNI Executive Aviation and OATC share more than just a name, they share a deep-rooted history and heritage, built over decades of collaboration in training and operations. This renewed commitment reflects their shared vision of developing aviation professionals with the highest standards of skill, safety, and professionalism. Operating an increasing fleet of Learjet 40 and 45 aircraft, OMNI Executive Aviation continues to expand its executive and charter services across Europe. To meet growing operational demands, all recruitment of non type-rated pilots is now conducted in a partnership with OATC, ensuring that selected candidates meet the airline’s standards from day one.

OATC has recently expanded its training fleet, introducing Diamond DA40 and DA42 aircraft through a strategic partnership with Airways Aviation. These modern aircraft will further strengthen OATC’s ability to continue to deliver high-quality flight training aligned with current industry requirements.

João Blattman, CEO, OMNI Executive Aviation: “Our shared heritage with OATC gives us absolute confidence in their ability to deliver pilots who are not only technically prepared but also culturally aligned with the values and operational standards of OMNI Executive Aviation. This isn’t just about training, it’s about shaping professionals who understand the demands of our unique environment and who can thrive within it. By recruiting in partnership with OATC, we secure access to some of the best-prepared pilots in the industry, ready to contribute from day one to our rapidly growing executive and charter operations. This partnership is a cornerstone of our long-term vision.”

Dylan van Haasen, Chief Flight Instructor, Omni Aviation Training Center: “OMNI Executive Aviation represents exactly the kind of operator we want our students to fly for dynamic, professional, and committed to excellence. We’ve worked closely with OMNI for many years, and their trust in our training speaks volumes. OMNI Executive Aviation is going through immense growth, expanding its executive and charter operations across Europe, and that creates real opportunities for young pilots. For many of our cadets, working in business aviation is a dream, offering a level of variety, responsibility, and exposure that airline operations don’t always provide. This partnership gives them a direct pathway into that world, and we couldn’t be prouder to support them on that journey.”

Under this partnership, OATC oversees the screening, selection, and initial training of future OMNI pilots, offering a seamless and efficient transition from student pilot to First Officer.
