OSM Aviation Academy’s Executive Director Hans Kyrre Hultgren shared “OSM Aviation Academy’s training philosophy is the use of *Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA)*, which focuses on developing the core competencies required in real-world aviation. This tailored approach ensures that each student masters not only traditional flight skills but also the critical decision-making, communication, and leadership abilities necessary for safe and efficient airline operations.

In 2018 we started our expansion plan with the opening of the Arendal Base in the south of Norway in addition to our Stockholm and Fort Lauderdale bases, growing Arendal from 8 Students pre Covid to todays operation of 200 motivated cadet pilots enrolled.
