Spanish Low-Cost Airline’s MPL Programme Applications Open for 2024 in Partnership with Global Pilot Training Solution Provider CAE

Madrid, Spain – CAE has announced that applications are now open for the CAE Volotea MPL (Multi-Crew Pilot License) Programme.

  • The training will take place in Spain and includes a type rating on the Airbus A320
  • Successful candidates will receive a conditional job offer with Volotea, providing a clear career path upon completion of the program.

Volotea currently operates 20 A3219 and 25 A320.

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be between 18 and 30 years of age
  • Have the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Economic Area (EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway) or Switzerland
  • Must have successfully completed secondary education. Engineering or Business degree is a plus.
  • Proficient in the English language (verbal and written)
  • Must be able to obtain an EASA Class 1 Medical without restrictions
