US Aviation and Flight Training Group Epic Flight Academy Invites High School Students to Apply for Scholarship Program

USA – Epic Flight Academy will award 17 aviation scholarships totaling $145,000 in its 10th Annual Aviation Scholarship Awards.

Epic founder and CEO Danny Perna said, “This is the largest amount we have ever allocated for the annual scholarship awards. To date, we’ve given more than $445,000 to 35 high school students since we began making these awards in 2016. We give scholarships for both pilot and aircraft mechanic training.”

Cindy Lovell, director of education, added, “With just two weeks left to apply, we want to remind students not to wait until the last minute. We have 12 campuses, and we do ask applicants to select which Epic campus they’d like to attend. We’ve seen a good response so far and want to encourage eligible students to apply.”

In addition to the annual event, Epic also donates scholarships to other organizations who then select recipients. Epic Flight Academy has been training pilots since 1999. It is the largest FAA Part 141 flight school in the U.S. Epic also trains aircraft mechanics under FAA Part 147.
