Greece’s Egnatia Aviation Hosts Iraqi Airways Training Delegation in September 2025
Greece – Egnatia Aviation, one of Greece’s largest flight training organisation’s, hosted a senior delegation from Iraqi Airways Training Management to assess the progress and integration of their exclusive cadet training programme.

The visiting delegation included Captain Ali Hasan Hadi and Captain Mohammed AlKhafaji, who reviewed the airline-specific integrated syllabus and validated its alignment with Iraqi Airways’ operational procedures.

The syllabus, developed solely for Iraqi Airways cadets, incorporates the airline’s internal SOPs and training standards, ensuring a seamless transition from ab-initio to line flying.

The airline representatives conducted instructor standardisation check flights, toured the Lydia Airport training campus, and held direct discussions with Iraqi cadets on career progression and operational readiness.
