  • Develop and update training curricula
  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high training standards
  • Foster a strong safety culture in collaboration with the Safety Manager
  • Act as the primary liaison with aviation authorities
  • Support the commercial team in developing new training programs and attending professional events
