Florida, United States – based flight training group Phoenix East Aviation (PEA), is strengthening its partnership with South Korean flight training agency SAC to support aspiring airline pilots from South Korea. SAC, a trusted aviation education provider since 2008, has been collaborating with PEA since 2022 to facilitate student enrollment in U.S.-based pilot training programs.
- SAC provides South Korean students with tailored guidance on selecting and applying for flight training programs at PEA.
- Students receive assistance with F-1 and M-1 visa applications, with additional support for those aiming to obtain U.S. Permanent Residency for career advancement.
- To ease the transition to flight training, SAC offers Korean-language ground school sessions and training using Cessna 172 Skyhawk G1000 glass cockpit aircraft and FTD simulators.
- South Korean students typically opt for PEA’s Private and Professional I pilot programs, balancing cost efficiency with quality flight training.
- English proficiency is not a prerequisite for SAC applicants, though language preparation is recommended to ensure success in training.
Daytona Beach, Florida, United States based Phoenix East Aviation (PEA) has been providing flight training for over 50 years. Its main campus is located at Daytona Beach International Airport, a Satellite facility in Ft Lauderdale where they are the flight training provider for Broward College, and an Auxiliary training facility in Flagler Beach that specializes in accelerated training. PEA is equipped with over 70 aircraft.
