A startup flight simulator supplier headquartered in Delhi, India is seeking to hire a driven Chief Technology Officer to join its team as it starts operations. The new group is seeking an individual who is a self-starter with an interest to join a dynamic startup team.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Ideation to Proof of Concept: Develop and transform innovative ideas into tangible solutions.
  • Implementation to Final Report: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and thorough documentation.
  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team.
  • Tech Innovation: Drive technological advancements that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of simulation technology, strong software engineering skills, expertise in systems architecture, AI and machine learning, experience with VR/AR technologies, proficiency in data analytics and real-time processing, and familiarity with software languages such as C & C++.

Required Skills – We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in software development with proficiency in languages like C, C++. Experience with QT is highly valued.
  • Aviation Industry Knowledge: Understanding of aeronautics and aviation fundamentals, including aircraft systems, aerodynamics, and communication buses.
  • Leadership Skills
  • Problem-solving Abilities: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
