Flight School Management Solution Provider Flightlogger Launches Customizable Flight Logs

One of the world’s leading flight school management software solution providers Flightlogger has shared that it has updated its SaaS solution with the introduction of Customizable Flight Logs!

“Our development team has been working diligently to provide a more flexible and efficient way for flight training organisations to log their flight data while maintaining compliance with regional regulations. With this update FlightLogger will be the only flight training management system to give complete freedom in how to log school flights, rentals, simulator sessions, etc.

Why customizable flight logs?
Every flight school operates differently, and the importance of specific logging parameters can vary greatly depending on regional regulations and individual training programs. With Customizable Flight Logs, FlightLogger gives you the control to tailor your logging parameters to fit your school’s unique needs. Whether you’re tracking block time, airborne time, tach, or hobbs, our system is now equipped to accommodate your specific requirements.

Adapt to regional regulations with ease
Understanding the diversity in logging requirements across regions, we’ve made our logs adaptable. For flight schools regulated by EASA, we know that block time is a primary logging parameter. Meanwhile, in the United States, Tach and Hobbs are often more emphasized. Our Customizable Flight Logs allow you to align with these regional preferences and ensure compliance with local aviation authorities, all while maintaining the ease and efficiency of use you expect from FlightLogger.

Example of customization:
Imagine your flight school is based in Europe, adhering to EASA regulations. You prioritize block time logging for its accuracy in recording the period from when the aircraft first moves for the purpose of taking off until it finally comes to rest at the end of the flight. With our customizable logs, you can set block time as a default parameter, ensuring that all logs are consistent and regulatory-compliant.

Conversely, if your operation is in the United States, you might prefer focusing on Tach and Hobbs. Tach time, which records engine operation times, and Hobbs time, measuring the total time from engine start to stop, are crucial for maintenance and billing purposes. Our system allows you to prioritize these parameters, streamlining your logging process and making your operations as efficient as possible.

Benefits for your flight school:

  • Flexibility: Adapt the system to your specific logging needs and regional requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure that your logs meet the regulatory standards of your region.
  • Efficiency: Spend less time on paperwork and more time in the air, thanks to a streamlined logging process.
  • Accuracy: Maintain precise and reliable records for training, maintenance, and billing.

We are committed to continuous improvement and are excited to see how our customizable flight logs will enhance the flight training operations among our more than 180 clients around the wold. This update is a testament to our dedication to providing a comprehensive, adaptable, and user-friendly flight training management system.” shared Flightlogger.
