Utah, United States –Alpine Air Express, one of America’s largest all cargo regional on demand contract airlines, has shared that it welcomes Epic Flight Academy’s new training location at its headquarter airport at Provo Municipal Airport (PVU). Epic Flight Academy is one of Alpine Air’s flight school partners. The move is set to strengthen Epic Flight Academy’s presence in the western United States and increase accessibility to its flight training programs.
“Looking forward to one of our flight school partners joining us at our headquarters in PVU!” shared Bob Frisch, Chief Operating Officer at Alpine Air.
Epic Flight Academy, the Florida headquartered flight and aircraft maintenance training group, is currently expanding to nine campuses across the United States. Becoming the largest FAA Part 141 flight school network footprint in the country, the expansion includes three newly approved locations in Colorado, Utah, and Alabama.

Grand openings for the new locations are scheduled for June and July 2025.

Epic’s existing flight training locations are in: New Smyrna Beach (Florida), Jacksonville (Florida), Ocala (Florida), Tallahassee (Florida). Tucson (Arizona) and Addison (Texas).
- Epic employs 245 staff nationally, including 118 flight instructors, and prioritizes the recruitment of Epic-trained instructors to maintain instructional quality and consistency.
In addition to the growing flight training base network Epic Flight Academy has submitted a letter of intent for self-examining authority.
