With FAA satellite approval in the pipeline for Part 141 operations, Sterling Flight Training is poised to bring an array of comprehensive training programs to Tallahassee. This expansion represents a commitment to fostering growth and providing enhanced learning experiences for students.

Heller, who served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Republic Airways, from 1999 to 2015 was the chief architect of a strategic growth plan that focused on training thousands of pilots to support a rapidly expanding organization, creating one of the nation’s safest airlines. That industry knowledge and expertise, alongside a team of seasoned professionals, now supports preparing the future generation of pilots through Sterling Flight Training.

The Jacksonville campus provides FAA- and Florida VA-approved flight training courses and programs to equip its students with all the necessary licenses, ratings and certifications to begin their aviation careers while providing access to the most current training materials and methods.

The new location is 3244 Capital Cir SW, Tallahassee, FL 32310, at the Tallahassee International Airport. For now, the Tallahassee location will continue to operate under the Florida Aviation Center branding and programs, until Part 141 approval is obtained for the satellite campus.
