US Largest Flight School Shares Stats of Daily Operations

Global Pilot Training Solution Provider, CAE, Celebrates 1st Anniversary of its Training Center in Las Vegas
CAE is celebrating the 1st anniversary of operations of its training center facility in Las Vegas. In October last year, CAE inaugurated CAE Las Vegas which is its first U.S. West Coast business aviation training centre.
The 84,000 sq. ft. facility houses seven (7) full flight simulators (FFS) and can train 10 aircraft programs covering Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Embraer.
According to Ash Zare, CAE Las Vegas Training Center Leader, the facility can train pilots on the following:
- Bombardier: Global 7500
- Gulfstream: IV, V, G250, G550, and G650
- Embraer: Legacy 600, 650, and the Phenom 300
Another full flight simulator for Phenom 300 will arrive in 2024, said Zare.

Cathay Pacific’s first class of cadets have now completed their training with AeroGuard and are returning to Cathay to complete their last phase of training before they begin flying for the airline.
