US Airline Owned Flight School Opens Applications for 2025 Pilot Training Class

Goodyear, Arizona – United Aviate Academy (UAA), United Airlines’ wholly owned flight school, has opened its application window, offering aspiring pilots the opportunity to join its highly respected Aviate program. UAA is actively seeking to enroll approximately 150 new students for the first half of 2025.

  • UAA has been operating since 2019, welcoming 30 classes and training over 630 students.
  • The academy provides students with the pathway to join United Airlines’ Aviate program.
  • Upon acceptance into Aviate, students receive a conditional job offer to become a United Airlines First Officer.

Groenekan, The Netherlands – MPS has successfully completed the installation of two A320 FAA level 5 Flight Training Devices for Frontier Airlines. The simulators are located at the Airbus training facility in Aurora, Colorado, where Frontier conducts its pilot training. These MPS simulators are some of the first colored cabins to roll off the production line and prominently feature Frontier’s signature green. A purchase option for three additional devices remains in place.

The handover of the two simulators took place last week.
