BAA Training’s New Cabin Crew Trainer’s are Now Operational in New France Training Center

Paris, France based full flight simulator training center BAA Training France, two weeks ago, took delivery of the Airbus A320 CEO/NEO CEET (Cabin Emergency Evacuation Trainer). This device is now ready for training and replicates the interior of the A320 aircraft cabin, including seating arrangements, emergency exits, and more. It is used to train cabin crew and sometimes pilots on how to safely and efficiently evacuate passengers in the event of an emergency. This is in addition of an Airbus A320/321 Door Trainer which is also ready for training.

Five (5) cadets belonging to batches 42, 45 & 46 of Alpha Aviation Group’s (AAG) Airline Pilot Program (APP) and five (5) CPL holders who graduated from other pilot schools were inducted into the First Officer Transition (FOT) Program on 29 August 2023, signifying the culmination of their intensive training before their official transition to first officers.

Designed in line with ICAO’s Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) principles, AAG’s FOT Program aims to develop the students’ pilot competencies, achieved by ensuring a holistic approach involving our team of competent instructors and utilizing cutting-edge training devices and resources.
