“With over a decade of excellence in aviation training, Pier Seven operates a state-of-the-art facility in the UAE with six full flight simulators, including the A320 (CEO/NEO), B737NG, B737CL, and B747. We provide a full spectrum of services including type rating, recurrent training, dry/wet lease simulator operations, instructor training, and bespoke airline training solutions. Our client portfolio includes 70+ airlines across 30 countries.
Role: Head of Training
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Type: Full-time | Senior Leadership Role
Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the compliance, quality, and delivery of all training programs in line with EASA and GCAA standards
• Lead and manage the team of instructors, examiners, and training support staff
• Ensure regulatory approvals are maintained and audits successfully passed
• Liaise with Civil Aviation Authorities and Airline clients on training development and execution
• Drive innovation in training delivery, technology adoption, and curriculum development
• Contribute strategically to the growth and expansion of Pier Seven’s training footprint globally
Requirements:
• Current or former TRI/TRE on A320 or B737 (EASA and/or GCAA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of training management experience in an EASA/GCAA-approved ATO
• Proven track record in managing training programs for Airlines and individual clients
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with simulator-based training, modern CRM practices, and regulatory frameworks“
