Clark, Philippines – In a joint graduation ceremony on 20 January 2024, pilot training group Alpha Aviation Group proudly acknowledged the achievements of fourteen (14) First Officer Transition (FOT) trainees along with three (3) cadet pilots belonging to batches 42 & 45 of AAG’s Airline Pilot Program (APP). This event celebrates their journey as pilot trainees and signifies their transition to the next phase as first officers.

Capt. “Remember that every rejection and every failure makes you stronger. Persevere without losing hope; persistent efforts will lead to success,” shares Capt. Anthony Tan (AAG Philippines Head of Training) in his remarks as the inspirational speaker.

In his closing remarks, Capt. Vicente Casibang II (AAGP Accountable Manager) underscored the importance of learning as a lifelong endeavor and the key to being well-prepared and having a thriving career as they pursue opportunities in aviation.

Also in attendance were Capt. Gaudencio Maniano (AICAT Accountable Manager), Capt. Neil Bugarin (Head of OCC AAG & AICAT Operations), and Ms. Ma. Rufina Santos (AAG Head of Student Affairs and Client Relations) who expressed gratitude to the families and loved ones for their steadfast support throughout the graduates’ journey.
