Typhoon “Egay” left 30 people dead. Combined with the effects of an earlier typhoon (“Falcon”) and southwest monsoon (“Habagat”), “Egay” also displaced more than 3 million people and left more than ₱1.9 billion damage to agriculture and ₱3.6B damage to structures.
