The Singapore Flying College, an abinitio pilot training academy by Singapore Airlines, is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the Assistant Manager position in the Simulator Department/Student Affairs Department.
Candidates are required to meet the following selection criteria:
- 2 years of experience in the Aviation industry. Experience in management and oversight of simulator training activities will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with pilot training regulations, techniques, programme development, operating procedures and standards.
- Assist the Chief Simulator Instructor in simulator training related matters.
- Responsible for managing cadet records, registration, and academic documentation.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient administration, including matters related to cadet welfare.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to streamline administrative processes, handle enrollment matters, and provide essential support services to facilitate cadets’ academic journey while also addressing their well-being.
- Highly motivated, achievement oriented and possess good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Analytical and meticulous, able to multi-task in fast spaced environment.
- Willing to learn and adapt to changes.
- Computer literate.
The successful candidate should be a highly motivated individual and be able to work independently for the simulator department and also be responsible for affairs relating to students from enrolment to the completion of the training.
