“The Role:

The Global Airline Training Content Evaluator will evaluate and analyse the processes used by an airline training program. The information gathered will be used to establish and create a gap analysis for their transition to Boeing competency-based training and assessment (CBTA).

The airline training evaluation identifies a training needs analysis and provides a roadmap for change. By working within a team of different subject matter experts this role will gather, collate and analyse airline training programs in order for them to achieve the intended outcome, and assess the training materials and resources used to enable aligned with Boeing CBTA standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse the training content and processes in place within an airline that support aircrew training programs
  • Assess the viability of airline training content to adapt to Boeing CBTA program
  • Create a specific airline training gap analysis
  • Create an airline specific training transition plan that enables full implementation of Boeing CBTA program

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year with aircrew instructional content design experience
  • Ability to travel unrestricted world-wide – minimum 50% of time travelling
  • Balanced profile of aircrew training knowledge/understanding and analytical reasoning
  • Outstanding at relationship building with experience of partnering with business.
  • Articulate with ability to complete training gap analysis

“Responsibilities:

  • Assist Boeing customer airlines with the Regulatory application of alternative means of compliance and product validation processes to facilitate effective implementation of a Boeing product or program.
  • Maintains policies, processes, procedures, execution plans and metrics to assure program, contract, customers, regulatory environments, international standards, and working agreements are deployed using established procedures.
  • Recommends corrective actions to address non-compliance situations, tracks actions and responds to customers and regulators on progress.
  • Reports status to Learning Design and Training Deployment management.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience working in an aviation regulatory environment with an airline customer focus.
  • Knowledge of Flight Crew Licensing & Flight Operations processes

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Regulatory oversight, flight operations regulatory role or equivalent regulatory position.
  • Knowledge/experience of regulatory processes, practices and procedures related to CBTA/EBT programs and other aviation safety improving products, processes and procedures.
  • Understanding of flight crew training including design, development and deployment and management.
  • Experience/understanding of Training Device regulatory requirements, qualification and standards.
