European Helicopter Flight School, World Aviation Group, Becomes Independent Representative of Guimbal Helicopters for Spain and Portugal

World Aviation Group, a leading provider of services in the aeronautical sector in Spain, and Helicoptères Guimbal, a prestigious French manufacturer of aircraft and aerospace components known for its innovative Cabri G2 two-seater helicopter, have announced the signing of a representation agreement. Under this new contract, World Aviation Group becomes the Independent Representative of Helicoptères Guimbal in Spain and Portugal.

With a track record of more than 12 years of experience in the aeronautical industry, World Aviation Group has demonstrated its ability to adapt to the needs of the sector, providing differential value in each of its business lines. Currently, WA Group has the exclusive representation for Spain and Portugal of the North American firm BELL HELICOPTERS, belonging to the Textron group. With this new partnership with Helicoptères Guimbal further strengthens its presence in the aviation market.

For its part, Helicoptères Guimbal, founded in 2000, has achieved international recognition for the development, certification and marketing of its Cabri G2 helicopter, the first European piston-powered helicopter. After six years of development and nearly 300 hours of rigorous flight testing, the EASA (European Union Agency for Aviation Safety) awarded the Cabri G2 Type Certificate in December 2007.

This agreement between World Aviation Group and Helicoptères Guimbal consolidates the position of both companies in the aeronautical industry while opening up new opportunities in the offer of innovative services and products for the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
