Flight Simulator Manufacturer FTD.aero Set to Attend APATS 2024 Taking Place in Singapore

FTD.aero is a non-motion Flight Training Devices Manufacturer based in Poland with expertise in designing and manufacturing flight simulators since 2009. Their portfolio includes projects completed for airline customers, universities and private Flight Training Organizations with nearly 30 full-size airliner simulators and dozens of smaller training equipment delivered and operated across the world.

FTD.aero’s flagship products are Flight Training Devices compliant with EASA (FTD-2, FNPT II MCC APS) and FAA (Level 4, 5) qualification requirements, type-representative and type-specific to A320 (ceo, neo) and B737 (NG, MAX) aircraft. This emerging class of fixed-base simulators is becoming a game changer in airline pilot training, which can greatly offload Full Flight Simulator training, resulting in massive savings for Training Organizations. In particular MPL, MCC, JOC, TR and LOFT trainings can be successfully conducted on our devices instead.

For the highest immersion, FTD.aero’s Flight Training Devices are built using OEM aircraft components combined with hi-fidelity simulated hardware manufactured in their own production facility. Over the years, FTD.aero have excelled at developing quality products and innovative solutions available uniquely with their devices. This includes proprietary versatile I/O interface boards utilizing CANBUS communication and ARINC aviation standard. What makes FTD.aero really different is the fact that all of their devices are designed in-house from the ground up. This approach allows for full flexibility of product design and development and ensures highest production standards, as well as post-delivery maintenance, updates and upgrades and reliable technical support. Being independent from third-party suppliers, FTD.aero can guarantee that all of their Customers get quick access to spare parts directly from their own stock, which is critical for continuous heavy-duty operations in airline pilot training environments.

FTD.aero will be attending the Asia Pacific Airline Training Symposium (APATS 2024) on September 10-11, 2024 at Marina Bay Sands Singapore. The company is thrilled to be announcing their new Flight Training Devices based on Airbus A320 aircraft there!
