Full Flight Simulator Training Center and aviation training group Gulf Aviation Academy (GAA) in the Kingdom of Bahrain is looking to hire a Sales Coordinator. Please see an extract of the job post below.

“Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any relevant business field is required
• 2 years experience in sales
• Aviation degree is preferred
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Sales, planning and presentation skills of the training processes

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a strong partnership relation with individual clients as well as corporate customers with the aim of influencing their key decision makers in establishing GAA as their first choice as an aviation and non-aviation training provider, to maximize sales revenues generated
• Developing, manage, track, and control the provision, delivery and sales of all GAA product and services to clients ensuring maximum efficiency (costs and revenues)
• Manage and control social media accounts and capitalizing on sales leads and inquiries coming from corporate info email address
• Assist and support all Departments operations to enhance customer’s experience with GAA.
• Identifies and promptly acts on any current and future business opportunity to maximize revenue from both new and existing clients
• Ensures development, production, and coordination of sales objectives, plans and targets for each key account to meet the sales targets as per the annual budget
• Conduct continues market gap analysis and provide areas of opportunity with positive revenue impact”
