New FFS Training Center, Blue Angels Air, Names New Director and Head of Training
India – Blue Angels Air, a new entrant in India’s full flight simulator training segment, has appointed Captain Leslie Manchanda as its new Director and Head of Training. The announcement comes as the organisation prepares to open its first full flight simulator training centre in Mumbai in February 2026.

Captain Manchanda brings extensive experience, having flown with Singapore Airlines, served as Chief Pilot at Air Arabia, Chief Pilot Training at Qatar Airways, and as a senior pilot with IndiGo.

The new Blue Angels Training Centre will house an Airbus A320 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) and operate as an Approved Training Organisation (ATO).

Earlier this month, Blue Angels Air confirmed a strategic partnership with IndiGo, India’s largest airline, to provide Airbus A320 training at the Mumbai facility from 2026 onwards.
