India – Blue Angels Air, a new entrant in India’s full flight simulator training segment, has announced a strategic collaboration with Astrom Training Solutions to adopt its Training Management System (TMS) and Computer‑Based Training (CBT) platforms across classroom, simulator, and online training domains.

• ASTROM will also supply its library of CBT content for both general subjects and aircraft type rating, supporting compliance with regulatory frameworks.

• The partnership is timed with Blue Angels’ plan to launch a full flight simulator training center in Navi Mumbai in February 2026, as stated by Capt Leslie Manchanda, Head of Training & Executive Director.

• The implementation further aligns with Blue Angels’ broader infrastructure expansion, including their forthcoming full flight simulator (FFS) training centre in Mumbai scheduled for early 2026.
